Sanctuary Point

On Easter weekend 2016, we camped down south to Palm Beach in Sanctuary Point.
These snaps were taken on an afternoon jaunt around St. George’s Basin.

Taken on Canon 6D.

Wattamolla

Nestled in the midst of Royal National Park, just south of Sydney, Wattamolla beach and lagoon is a sweet surprise. Enchanting and liberating, it is easily my most favorite secret spot in the whole of Australia.

We chanced upon this gem on an easter road trip in 2015. What was supposedly a short stop-over turned into the highlight of our 4-day Grand Pacific Drive.

Sydney Harbour

Sea Sydney Cruises very kindly hosted an exclusive cruise around Sydney harbour for me and the boylove in the spring of 2014.

With a butler and a skipper at our disposal, we were treated to half a day of pure luxury. Whilst relearning Sydney’s rich history, we enjoyed a sumptuous 3-course meal of fresh Australian produce.

Hunter Valley

On Ron‘s first visit to Australia, we drove one weekend to the vineyards of Hunter Valley in New South Wales.

We sampled wine and cheese from Audrey Wilkinson, McGuigan’s and Tempus Two; feasted on fall-off-the-bone ribs in a restaurant in Cessnock; drank craft beer in Matilda Bay Brewhouse and binged on antipasti in The Smelly Cheese factory.
